Opening reception will be held on July 31st, 7-11pm.
I am delivering two of my etching pieces to the gallery tomorrow. One the Whale in the Forest piece, the other one, the new piece that I'd worked on until last week. It was my first trial to do a (comparably) big etching piece (18"x12"), which was quite fun and also painstaking. Also my first time that I liked the print on gray paper the best. I cannot decide how exactly I feel about this new piece though. I always need some time in-between finishing up the work then deciding my feeling about it.

This piece gave me a frustration and excitement all together. Now I'm trying out some coloring on it, which again is giving me another frustration. Oh, by the way, the title for this piece is Carousel in Woods. :-)
Check out the Sacred Gallery here.
It has exhibition information, direction to gallery, and all those participating artists' names along with their websites.
I've never imagined a carousel in the wood!!. Not in the spacious plains?
